All images, descriptive matter, specifications and advertising of the products on our site are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computer’s display of the colours accurately reflect the colour of the products. Your products may vary slightly from those images. Furthermore, due to the bespoke nature of some of our products, all sizes, weights, capacities, dimensions and measurements indicated on our site may vary. Please also note that tiles are created in batches and some shade variation may occur between batches. GetTilesOnline will take no responsibility for shade variation, which is inherent in all clay fired and stone products. NO responsibility will be taken for any minor variations between samples.
Payment of goods
We accept most major credit including Visa and Mastercard. If you provide us with incorrect information, this may cause a delay in processing your order. Your order will only be processed once authorisation has been properly received.
Availability of goods
All goods are subject to availability and if they are in stock in our warehouse, delivery will normally be made within 3-5 working days. If our supplier or we are temporarily out of stock for any reason we will notify you of this situation and you should in these cases allow up to 14 working days for delivery. We will not however be responsible for compensating you for any other losses you may suffer if we are not able to supply the goods within these times.
Before placing your order, you may order up to 2 samples for paying only delivery fee. We will send you 100mm x100mm size of sample and this will give you a better idea of shade variation and blend.
All orders in Australia are subject to a delivery charge, we have provided a shipping rate guide for charges depending on your location.
All goods must be inspected upon delivery/pickup and prior to installation to ensure the tiles are correct in colour, size, finish and are free from any defects. All claims must be made within 2 days of delivery/pickup. GetTilesOnline will take no responsibility after 2 days or installation.
Return / Cancellation policy
A 30% handling fee and additional pick up fee (if required) will be applied to all authorised credits for any return or cancel request.
Credits will not issued: (a) change of mind; (b) without a receipt; (c) after 2 days from date of purchase; (d) if goods are not received in its original, unopened package; and (e) for customised orders.
No claims will be accepted after tiles have been fixed.
