Return / Cancellation policy
A 30% handling fee and additional pick up fee (if required) will be applied to all authorised credits for any return or cancel request.
Credits will not issued: (a) change of mind; (b) without a receipt; (c) after 2 days from date of purchase; (d) if goods are not received in its original, unopened package; and (e) for customised orders.
No claims will be accepted after tiles have been fixed.
