At Get Tiles Online, we value your satisfaction. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, please review our refund and return policy outlined below.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. Unfortunately, cancellations are not accepted once the goods have left our warehouse or are in transit.
Cancellations Policy:
- Deposits or prepayments are non-refundable upon cancellation.

We aim to process refunds within 14 days of receiving your cancellation request.
Conditions for Returns
If you wish to return a product, please ensure the following conditions are met:
- The goods were purchased within the last 30 days.
- They are in original packaging and in unused condition.
The following items cannot be returned:
- Clearance or sale items.
- Custom or personalized goods.
- Goods that have been installed, altered, or damaged due to improper handling.
Additional Terms:
- A 30% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.
- Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.

Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Goods
If you receive incorrect, damaged, or defective goods:
- Notify us within 24 hours of delivery with supporting photos.
- Depending on the nature of the issue, we may arrange a replacement.
Important Notes:
- Minor chips or breakages may occur during transit and may still be considered usable. In such cases, refunds or exchanges will not be provided.
- Tile characteristics such as color, texture, and size variations are inherent and not considered faults.
- Claims cannot be made after tiles have been installed.
